So according to color psychology “the color gray is an unemotional color. It is detached, neutral, impartial and indecisive – the fence-sitter.” It’s also said that “Too much of the color gray creates sadness and depression and a tendency to loneliness and isolation.”. BOOOO! The color grey is AWESOME! According to me it’s cool, calm and collected and I never get bored with it! ;P For those of you who have followed me a while you know that I luuurve grey nail polish (I love grey interior, accessories and clothes as well, but that’s another story ;)). Recently TL Design also known as ToneLiseAkademiet sent me some of their polishes to try out and the first ones that caught my eyes was London and Tokyo.
TL Design – London is a blueish deep grey and gorgeous nail polish. It’s very pigmented and I needed two thin coats to get it completely opaque. It’s really glossy and the application was seamless and I didn’t get anything in to my cuticles.
TL Design – Tokyo is a silver polish, with tiny silver glitters in it. It can streak a little bit, but if you’re careful when applying it, it’s hardly noticeable. Two coats applied.
All TL Design polishes are Norwegian made, environment friendly and 5-free 🙂
I recently bought a bracelet from ByMarieLind, and the “Mette” bracelet matched with the polishes from TL Design was a match made in heaven <3 I’m so happy with the bracelet and I’ll definatly order some more from the store. The bracelet is made with real leather and pearls. The website is in Norwegian, but you can email the owner at firstname.lastname@example.org and make your order (she also creates custom bracelets). 🙂
I really recommend the TL Design polishes, but they are only available in Norway and Sweden. But! If you stay tuned and follow me on Instagram, you might be able to get your hands on some of their polishes (giveaway alert). 😉
For all you “Norskies”, you can get yours for 99 NOK at tlbeautystore.no, or at their shop in Oslo. 🙂
*The nail polishes in this post were sent to me for free by the company or their PR firm in exchange for my honest review.
